Growing up here in the Hudson Valley, coming together with the people we loved most to celebrate special occasions was the highlight of our youth.
From the moment we met, we shared our mutual love for event planning, and when we realized how we clicked creatively, we started to dream about how amazing it would be to turn our passion project into a real business that could help people.
Our day-dream became an insatiable goal. With a fire in our eyes and in our hearts, we worked together to create a business that would connect and bond with clients like no other event planning agency could.
Funny enough, while our mission was clear, it took us two grueling weeks to come up with a name for our business that captured who we were and what we wanted to be.
Creatively Crafted Events encompasses our love for visual design and our love of crafting elegant events of all styles.
Now, we are lucky enough to work with incredible clients like you to create amazing celebrations, and memories that last a lifetime.

Who Is Hannah?
Hi everyone, I’m Hannah and it’s a pleasure to meet you!
I’ve been working in the luxury event planning industry since early 2018, and I’m that high-energy, driven and passionate event coordinator that loves connecting and getting to know everything about our clients.
I have had the pleasure of planning incredible events for clients such as The Harvard Club NYC, Cipriani’s, The Glennmere Mansion, and many more.
Having graduated with a Bachelors in PR and with a Minor in Theatre Arts, it was only natural that I follow the path which allowed me to connect with people, and use creativity to bring people together!

First and foremost, I’m the proud and adoring mommy of a little boy, and I discovered my passion for event planning in Hudson Valley NY back in 2016. It began when I started coordinating events for family and friends, and I quickly realized that I had found the right path. It was then I knew that I didn’t want to do anything other than help people come together in celebration.
Those same family and friends thought I’d be pretty swell at this, since I’m detail-oriented, persistent and creative. My favorite aspect of event planning is the visual design element of putting together a special event.
It’s a dream come true to have been able to turn such a huge passion into a profession, and to have a great friend to build it with. I can’t wait to hear all about your vision, and help you bring it to life.
